GUICHON VALVES ORIGIN is equipped with advanced machinery, including 5-axis machining centers, CNC lathes, conventional lathes, boring machines, milling machines, saws, and drilling machines.
These resources allow the machining of single parts or small series, from small to very large dimensions.
GUICHON Shanghai – Joint Venture (China)
Established in 2007, Guichon Shanghai is the historical joint venture ensuring the group’s industrial presence in Asia.
This location allows GUICHON VALVES ORIGIN to be close to its target markets while combining French expertise in high-performance valves with the responsiveness of local production.
Guichon Shanghai supports major industrial projects in the chemical, energy, and process industries, providing solutions that meet demanding technical specifications and tight project schedules.

“Our skilled welders (ASME, EN) dispose of TIG and MIG stations, a vacuum tank for welding Titanium, Tantalum and Zirconium as well as equipment for dye penetration testing
We also have a metrology lab equipped with a three-dimensional measurement column. All measuring equipment has a calibration history sheet and is also electronically traced.
All finished products are tested in our workshop with the possibility to conduct positive material identification (PMI) testing, thus assuring full traceability. Testing can be performed following hydrostatic, pneumatic or helium methods and are complete with a test certificate.
Part marking is automated and carried out with the help of engraving equipment, according to either customer specifications or standards internal to GUICHON VALVES.”
