At Guichon Valves Origin, we believe that industrial performance must be part of a responsible and sustainable approach.
Since 2007, our CSR policy has been based on a continuous improvement approach that addresses the environmental, social and economic challenges of our activities. It is supported by our ISO 14001 environmental management system, our ISO 45001 health and safety approach, and the principles of ISO 26000.
Our commitment is reflected in several key priorities:
- Reducing our environmental impact: managing energy consumption, reducing and recovering waste, and monitoring our carbon footprint.
- Designing sustainable products: our valves are designed to be repairable, durable and highly recyclable. Depending on the models studied, their theoretical recyclability reaches an average of 99%.
- Putting people at the heart of our approach: occupational health and safety, quality of life at work, skills development and diversity.
- Supporting a local and responsible economy: 91.6% of our purchases are made in France and 96.7% in Europe.
- Acting with ethics and responsibility: integrating CSR into our governance, purchasing practices, relationships with our partners and risk management.
Our ambition: to make corporate social responsibility a driver of sustainable performance, serving our customers, our employees, our local community and the environment.
