Our production shop is located in Aix-les-Bains. We employ a loyal and skilled staff, having good capability to execute with rapidity and full control the various specialised operations required to manufacture high performance custom made valves.

Our valves are made in welded, cast or forged construction. The main fabrication steps after material cutting are machining – alternatively turning, milling, drilling, boring – and welding. Welding is one of the major steps of the manufacturing process. Our welders are all certified and work in accordance with valid Welding Procedures Qualification Reports. Quality controls are carried out after each production phase. At the final stage, the valves are assembled and 100 % tested in accordance with applicable standards.

Testing reports and material certificates, attesting full traceability of components, are the main parts of the Manufacturer Data file supplied with the goods.
