En contact direct avec le client, vous êtes garant(e) en interne de cette relation et coordonnez l’action des services concernés.
Vous assistez le responsable commercial et les techniciens dans l’élaboration/le suivi des devis, rédigez des correspondances commerciales, relancez des prospects ou clients.
Vous êtes chargé(e) de l’administration des ventes de la réception de la commande jusqu’à la facturation sur des zones France, Maghreb, Suisse, ...
Vous aurez aussi en charge l'accueil et le standard.
De formation supérieure (bac +2), vous parlez couramment anglais et vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques.
Vous disposez d’une première expérience dans la fonction et sur des produits de préférence techniques ou industriels.
Enthousiaste, souriante, professionnel(le) et polyvalente, vous contribuez par vos compétences et votre savoir être à la satisfaction du client et au bon travail d’équipe dans le service commercial.

Guichon valves in Brazil

Guichon valves has been awarded in December a major contract for a Polyester Complex by a subsidiary of Petrobras in Brazil. This project aims at reducing Brazilian sourcing for textiles, industrial fiber and packaging industry. Guichon is supplying the main process valves for the 3 lines of Suape and Seguro.

Guichon Valves is competing for the Best Industrial company of the Year regional contest and has so far succeeded in reaching the final stage (3 finalists).
There is of course no big issue but it will reward all the staff at Guichon for their work : we have been implementing recent and dramatic changes over the last 4 years : new manufacturing and design capabilities, new machines, new organization complying with the ISO 14001 norm….a great job indeed!!!
Getting this prize would be a way to acknowledge their effort and highlight their good job towards their friends and family.

New contracts

Two new contracts have been signed, including 2 units of 7-way diverter valves and 6 units of 3-way diverter valves, all with heating jackets and partly automated. The valves will be operated at a pressure of 180 bar and at temperatures up to 320° C. Special transportation means had to be arranged for the load and size to be sent by trailer.
The new installation for the production of PET resin and APETsheet, using a patented process of a German engineering company, will have an overall capacity of 330’000 tons per year,making it the biggest-ever built APET plant.

Guichon Valves sucessfully obtained in September 2006 from Promatomnadzor a certification for the supply and installation of its complete range of valves to the Republic of Belarus.
New valves contract for PET plant

This new contract awarded to Guichon Valves by the German engineering company Uhde Inventa-Fischer, a leader in technology and equipment for the production of polyester and polyamide polymers, covers a complete lot of special valves for a new PET plant in Bielorussia.
Turnover increase in first semester

With a turnover increase of 40 % in the first 2 quarters of 2005 compared to last year and a good level of profitability, Guichon Valves is ahead of schedule on its business and investments plan 2005. After having purchased its land and buildings in March 2005 (rented till now), Guichon invested in new production capabilities for the turning and grinding sections. A new CN lathe and new grinding tools are already operating and boosting both production capacity and cost effectiveness. All these production investments are being made on our own assets to run on a zero financial interest scheme, which means that Guichon has almost no bank debts at present.
Special valves for PET project in India

Tianjin Petrochemical plant revamping

Guichon Valves has been awarded a contract for the revamping of the Tianjin Ethylene Plant (China). The transfer and decoke valves range from 18 to 30 inches for a total value of more than half a million USD.
New Agency Agreement in Belgium

Guichon Valves signed on 1st March 2005 an agreement with VENA CONTRACTA bvba, (www.vena-contracta.be) directed by Mr Geert THOMAS, to be their exclusive Agent in Belgium. Guichon Valves appointed Vena Contracta for its high added value for special valves. Geert Thomas has chosen Guichon for the synergy with the others valves from Germany and the UK within its portfolio.
New Indian PTA production plant

One of the biggest PTA plant worldwide is under erection in Panipat (India) with a total capacity of 553,000 tpa. Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) awarded Larsen & Toubro (L&T) the engineering and construction and Aker Kvaerner the detailed design engineering under DuPont process technology. Guichon Valves was chosen to supply the manual piston and tank bottom valves in stainless steel, duplex, Hastelloy ® and Titanium.
