GUICHON VALVES manufacture various models of disc type valves for installation at the bottom of tanks or reactors for liquids outlet or draining :

• disc rising in the tank to open, crust breaking function (types 602 and 603)
• disc lowering in the valve body (type 607)

The disc seating surface is with PTFE to metal contact for operating temperature up to 180°C or with metal to metal contact. These valves have been fire safe tested and qualified. The tank connection is by done by counter flange or pad.

Operation

• handwheel with manual gear if required

Materials
These valves can be manufactured in fabricated (welded) or cast construction, in a large choice of carbon or stainless steel and alloys.
