GUICHON VALVES manufacture globe valves in fabricated construction for on/off or control in-line service.
The Y-type (503) is full bore for minimum pressure drop. The linear tightness with swivel type disc ensures a very good tightness even with high operating pressures.
Various optional arrangements are available :
- heating jacket
- bellow sealing (type 509)
- ribbed bonnet for stuffing-box cooling
- straight, angle or Y pattern
- profiled disc
- hard faced disc and seat
- needle disc for smaller sizes (type 508)
Operation
- handwheel, with manual gear if required
- pneumatic,
- electric or hydraulic actuator
Materials
These valves can be manufactured in a wide choice of stainless steels and special alloys available for fabricated (welded) construction.
