GUICHON VALVES manufacture gate valves in welded construction, mainly for in-line on/off service with liquids, gases or powdery medium.
Their double disc arrangement with ball and socket ensure very good tightness performance and their full bore construction guarantees maximum flow. For higher working pressures, the parallel seated type - free expansion discs - offers optimum operation.
Various optional arrangements are available :
- double spindle tightness with bellows and packing (type 709)
- special seat for complete flow out of viscous mediums on vertical lines (type 702)
- heating or cooling jacket
- extended stem for cryogenic service (types 704 and 707)
- bonnet with cooling ribs (type 705)
- hard faced seating surfaces
