CHECK VALVES

GUICHON VALVES manufactures various types of non return check valves, to meet the required operating conditions, leak rate and installation position (vertical or horizontal) :

• swing check (types 902 and 903)
• piston and spring loaded, axial or Y types (types 901, 903, 905)
• ball type (type 904).

Sealing surfaces can be metal-to-metal (stellited option) or soft seated (PTFE seal). All connection requirements can be met : lug or wafer type, flanged, BW, SW or tapered.

A number of optional arrangements are proposed :

• profiled axial disc with special, low friction design to allow closing under very low differential pressure and offer minimum pressure loss coefficient
• screwed or solid seats
• heating jacket
• PTFE or metal ball (stellite)

Materials
These valves can be made in welded or solid construction, in a large choice of steels and alloys.

SIGHT GLASSES

GUICHON VALVES manufactures sight glasses (type 803) for visual flow control, suitable for installation on vertical or horizontal process lines. Special options are available for improved visibility and safety.

Range : DN 15 to 200, PN 10 to 40

STRAINERS

GUICHON VALVES manufactures Y pattern strainers (type 802) for installation on vertical or horizontal process lines, designed for easy and quick cover removal for sieve cleaning. The filtration is selected according to requirements (wire mesh or perforated plate).

Optional arrangements can be provided - heating jacket, purge nozzles, etc. – and a wide choice of materials available.
